Not the most prolific, was pulled up over C&D at Christmas, did run a better race 19 days back here to be fourth of ten but requires a bit more from somewhere.

Around 15L behind All The Chimneys at Fairyhouse in December, 9lb turnaround may be not be enough to bridge that gap and he ran a much poorer race at Down Royal later in that month. Has been off the track since.

Is 11lb higher than when scoring over C&D in December, was pulled up having been upped to 3m at Fairyhouse in January, off since and should be more suited by this trip.

Rebel Cryp,t4
Age: 10|  Weight: 9-11| J: Katie O'Farrell| T: N Lee| OR:  89
5/1
Ran a credible race to be third at Fairyhouse on Sunday over 2m4f, races off the same mark here and drops back in trip. Capable of having a big say if in the same mood.

Forecasts

Hareth (3/1), Rebel Cry (5/1), Lizzies Champ (7/1), All The Chimneys (8/1), Goulane Chosen (8/1), Soir De Chantenay (10/1), Black Ice (12/1), Benny In Milan (12/1), Orchard Road (14/1), Just Call Me (20/1), Balynaclash Warior (20/1), Who's Cross (20/1), Another Rattler (25/1), Una's Pleasure (25/1)

Verdict

All The Chimneys deserves huge respect switching to hurdles having been in cracking form over fences of late. He was running nicely around the turn of the year in this sphere and it will come as no surprise should he pick up where he left off. Balynaclash Warior was behind him at Fairyhouse in December but is weighted to close the gap now while Rebel Cry is greatly respected having run well at that venue as recently as Sunday and he comes here on the same mark. HARETH has been showing enough in three runs back from an absence to suggest he'll grab a prize of this ilk somewhere soon and he is given the nod now in a first-time visor. Despite being a bit disappointing since arriving in this country, it is too soon to write off Soir De Chantenay. Switching to hurdles, Goulane Chosen is handicapped for a bit run based on his previous form.
  1. Hareth
  2. All The Chimneys
  3. Rebel Cry
