Shouldered big weights to victory to land hurdles at Uttoxeter and Southwell in November. Cheekpieces have failed to inspire on his last two starts and he now tackles fences for the first time. Stable are 2-8 in the past fortnight.
Has come back from a 15 month absence to run two fine races culminating in a success at Wetherby last time. Jumped well that day and won with more in hand than the official margin suggests. Longer trip here should see him to better effect and stable are 2-9 over the last 14 days. A 3lb rise in the weights gives him an excellent opportunity to follow up.
Well handicapped based on her hurdling form. She was not a fluent jumper then and even less so over fences. In good hands but hard to recommend until showing signs of improvement.
Seemed happier back over hurdles last time. Trip, track and going all suit. Stable continue in fine form. Has a lot to offer if the sparkle evident last time is present now tackling fences once more.
Lightly raced since winning at Catterick in 2015. Showed a bit more when cheekpieces were tried last time. Still remains hard to see him offering anything on a track where his trainer is 1-36 over the past five years.
Signs of ability when trained by John Ferguson a couple of seasons ago and won a series of point-to-point before joining Micky Hammond in November. Has since moved across Middleham to new yard following three poor efforts. Point-to-point form would indicate a preference for quicker ground.
Irish import who ran well on debut in a bumper but failed to reproduce that subsequently. BHA rating looks harsh based on what she has achieved so far and best watched on first run over fences.
Best form has come at Sedgefield where he was the wide margin winner of a poor race on bad ground. Has struggled since the handicapper's reassessment following that win.
Winning point-to-pointer who has struggled to make an impact like a lot of the yard's horses this season. Has claims on his second to Titian Boy in December but has failed to back that up in four races since.
Winning pointer who showed first sign of promise last time when third to a subsequent winner at Uttoxeter. Made his chasing debut at Hexham last month in testing conditions. Found the 3m beyond him that day and he should give a better account of himself here.
Sole success was here over 3m a couple of years ago from a mark of 74. Was also competitive over hurdles from 5lb higher than that at Southwell in December. Pulled up on Uttoxeter chase debut in very testing ground and probably needs better ground than is forecast here.

DOKTOR GLAZ has only been raised 3lb for his Wetherby success. He must have an excellent chance of following up given that was his second run back from a spell on the sidelines and that this longer trip should bring further improvement. Achill Road Boy is the obvious danger given his recent success over hurdles. He had lost his way over fences prior to that and will go close if in a similarly positive mood here. Man In Black is capable of running a big race at a decent price. Phil Kirby's charge has winning point-to-point form and appeared to be coming to hand at Uttoxeter. He ran well until two out at Hexham last time and this shorter trip could be what he needs.
