In good form last summer including when victorious in a Listed handicap at Market Rasen in July. Disappointed in a similar race two months later and well held on return to action on the Flat at Wolverhampton earlier this month. Yard have a 21% strike rate (9/43) recently and interesting off top weight.
Well beaten fifth here off 5lb higher mark on his penultimate outing last month. Since pulled up in the Champion Chase at Cheltenham when sent off a big price and while this looks more his level he has a bit to prove in first time cheekpieces at present.
Best form has come over much further than he'll be racing over here including when winning at Exeter over 2m7f in April last year. Pulled up over an extended 2m7f in a Grade 3 contest last time out but a bit to prove here.
Very useful horse on the Flat and registered his first success over hurdles when left clear to easily win a handicap hurdle here earlier this month. Effectively 4lb well in here as he attempts to follow up under a penalty here.
Had just three outings for this yard with the best of those coming when finishing third at Haydock in December. Unraced since then and any softening in the ground would likely aid his chances here.
Ran well on first three outings over hurdles and gained a first success when justifying odds-on favouritism at Plumpton on heavy ground a month ago. Has run well on predicted good ground in the past and interesting on handicap debut.
Twice a winner at Worcester last July prior to finishing third when a beaten favourite on handicap debut over 2m4f at the same track the following month. Contested a decent race at Enghien in France when finishing fourth last time out and makes his first start since September here.
Defeated today's rival Alcock And Brown in a novice hurdle at Worcester in June and finished runner-up on handicap debut at Newton Abbot in August. Well beaten here on return from a break last month but chances if repeating that Newton Abbot effort.
Winner of a handicap hurdle at Kempton in May last year but had just two outings since. Well beaten on return from an absence at Fontwell in early December and likely to come on for this first run in nearly four months here.

AMOUR DE NUIT was a useful performer on the Flat and registered his first victory over hurdles here last time out. The selection reappears under a penalty here and can register a second success at this track. The best of his rivals may well be Cigarisi who was successful in a maiden hurdle at Plumpton last time out while Alcock And Brown can claim third on his first outing since finishing fourth in France last year.
