Betfred Mobile Novices' Handicap Chase

Has won both an Ayr bumper and a Fakenham novices' hurdle and well beaten on handicap hurdling debut at Huntingdon last time. Switched straight to chasing for her debut here. Dropped 2lb in the ratings and not related to any chase winners. Yard back in form since her last outing so she could go much better.

Up 2lb after a decent effort in defeat here (2m3½f, soft) last time and has already won over 2m5f here (heavy). Has to be a concern that he is dropped back to the minimum trip on quicker ground today.

Sole win came in a Down Royal handicap hurdle in 2015 and has been unable to show anything for a couple of trainers since. First start for new yard today and the market looks the best guide to her chance, as what is on paper is uninspiring.

Grand old campaigner whose CV reads 17-115, four of which have been at this track. Remains 7lb higher than the last of those in May last year and although he appreciates a sound surface and he is beginning to slip in the weights again, he is not easy to fancy today.

This is only her sixth start under rules at this ripe old age and her chasing debut. With a record of 1-24 in point-to-points and 0-5 over hurdles, it will take some effort to win even this poor contest.
