Running well without winning lately; but potentially well treated off his current mark on the AW (rated 71 at his best). Just failed to see out the trip when upped to 1m at Lingfield on Thursday, so may appreciate the slightly less demanding test. Notable that he has never won from 17 previous attempts on any of the artificial surfaces, so wouldn't be one to rely upon too heavily to break the hoodoo; but will rarely get a better chance to justify himself under topweight.

Still lightly raced but has yet to really establish herself over a preferred trip. Her latest start over 7f at Kempton reads respectably in the context of this race but others look to hold more convincing profiles.

Only hints of ability in her starts up to press and has a bit to find with the topweight after their recent encounter over C&D; may also be ready for a try over longer trip.

Off the track for quite a while and switched yards after a gelding operation, but has showed plenty of promise in his last two starts; best run to date when finishing third over 6f at Kempton earlier this month. Has scope for improvement from his current mark and has to make the shortlist in this company.

Dropped to handy mark but has been inconsistent of late. Also off-putting that both his previous visits to this track have resulted in very poor performances.

Bounced back to winning ways from 1lb out of the weights at Southwell last time, so at least arrives in good heart. Also acts well on the surface; but worth bearing in mind that he had endured a long barren spell prior to his latest success; and a 5lb higher mark leaves him with a stern challenge in his bid for back-to-back wins - something he hasn't accomplished since 2013.

Won off a 2lb higher mark on Turf last summer and also has winning form over 5f & 6F at this course. May have needed the run latest and should strip fitter. But has never won beyond sprint distances, which counts against him despite his handy position in the stalls.

Won under today's rider at Kempton around this time last year but has lost his way since then. Very difficult to lay out a solid case for him on recent evidence. Relatively unexposed over the trip but has too much to prove just now.

Won at this course a couple of times last year but has been out of sorts lately and is very difficult to recommend. Best watched on his first start for another new yard.

Has never raced from single figure odds - even immediately after he won his maiden at Catterick many moons ago. Only just out of the weights but very hard to envisage him springing a surprise from a fancy price again.

Still lightly raced but has uninspiring form figures to her name. Just 1lb wrong at the weights but very easy to leave out of the equation on these terms.
