A consistent type who has acted well at this track on numerous occasions in the past. On a fair mark but debatable as to whether his stamina will hold out over this trip. That said, there isn't much strength in depth here; so he is certainly worth noting in the betting.
Won 10 races over a variety of trips during his time with Richard Guest but 1m4f stretches him to the limit. His two previous starts for his current yard were nothing out of the ordinary and did little to create the impression that his turn is near to hand.
Dropping like a stone in the ratings and needs to pull something out of the fire if he is going to stop the rot. First-time cheekpieces failed to work the oracle when he was last seen out; headgear left off today, but best watched until he shows signs of a revival.
0-from-9 on the AW and comes here on the back of a fruitless winter campaign; others make more appeal on these terms.
Won over an extended mile at this course from a 1lb lower mark last year, so at least has a history of acting on the surface. Recent form has been poor, though, and he is difficult to recommend on this occasion.
Has won under both codes of racing but was sidelined for most of last year after three poor efforts over hurdles. It's been over three years since he last raced on the AW and he has never convinced that he actually likes this surface. The jockey's claim will come in handy but there are too many negatives on balance.
Patience may be running thin with this fellow as he has been an expensive favourite to follow in his last couple of outings. However, he has still run respectably in defeat and, given that he holds a little more scope than many of the rest, it may be worth giving him another chance to prove himself capable of delivering at this level.
Plenty of experience of racing at Dundalk and comes here on a fair mark in his bid to try and end his winless drought. A low-grade handicapper, but the best of his form brings him right into the argument in this company; one to monitor closely in the betting.
Yard has had 7 winners from 52 runners on the AW in the last five years, so very capable of springing the odd surprise under this code. However, it has been a frustrating period for the Twiston-Davies team of late and, even though this mare is relatively unexposed at the trip, she does have a tendency to burn herself out by trying to make every yard of the running, so may again be just short of the mark when push comes to shove.
Form figures since joining his current yard don't make for inspiring reading. The first-time visor and tongue tie combination will need to bring about a whole host of improvement.
Out of the weights and out of form. Finished last on his recent AW debut and isn't hard to overlook on this occasion.

He may be frustrating to follow, but BROOKE'S POINT has the ability to figure at this level and has another obvious chance to put the record straight after failing to justify favouritism on a couple of occasions recently. Bottleofsmoke has a similar profile and the best of his Dundalk form gives him a leading chance in this company. He is one to watch in the betting. As is Cahar Fad, who is the most consistent of the rest.
