Takes a massive step-up in trip here having run over 2m on his last two starts both here. The penultimate start was the better of that duo although doubts remain about his finishing effort after travelling strongly. Has never run over a trip this far.
Not run over hurdles since October 2014 but has run well and won off higher marks than this over fences. Effort last time out was a little laboured but this represents a drop in class and wouldn't be totally out of this.
Dual winner over hurdles off lower marks and won easily last time out at Southwell over this trip. Switch to more patient tactics appears to have helped but faces a stiffer task off a 10lb higher mark here although he does travel well.
Fairly modest sort who won a couple of handicaps off lower marks in October/November and has only had one outing over hurdles since. Ran poorly over hurdles last time out after two chase starts and yet to score off a mark this high.
Mark continues to fall and he hinted at a revival last time out at Wincanton. Now down a further 2lb and ridden by the rider who was last successful on him he might have a place chance if he backs up that previous run.

Forecasts
Boher Lad (2/1), Yukon Delta (11/4), Thepartysover (10/3), Dragoon Guard (4/1), Goodnight Charlie (5/1), Landscape (6/1), Burgess Dream (8/1), Ray Diamond (12/1), Saucysioux (25/1)
Hard to totally rule out any of this field and it could be worth taking a chance with THEPARTYSOVER who has fallen a long way in the weights but hinted at a revival last time out. Boher Lad is off an increased mark but remains in good form and Goodnight Charlie showed a good attitude to win last time out and will relish this stamina test. Ray Diamond is another well handicapped sort on his old form and drops in class and the strong travelling but weak finishing Dragoon Guard might take a hand in the finish if he lasts out this trip.
