Claim to fame is finishing less than 3L second to Petit Mouchoir in a point-to-point at Kirkistown in February 2015. Uncompetitive under rules however, including when last seen making chase debut at Tipperary over 2m4f on good ground last July.
Modest effort on chase bow at this track 19 days ago, may do better for the experience.
Yet to win in 19 starts under rules but credible efforts the last twice at Limerick and Thurles, drops in trip here and has place claims.
Good effort here last month over slightly longer trip when just held in second spot. Filled the same berth over hurdles at Limerick on Sunday but should have fair claims here if over those exertions.
Has shaped well over fences in five starts, most recently at Down Royal in January when falling four out. Running a nice race there and should go close if confidence hasn't been dented.
Beaten the thick end of 100L over hurdles at Gowran Park ten days ago, makes chase debut here down in trip.
Has been away from the track for 22 months, previously zero from nine over these obstacles. First run for this trainer, who appears capable of no wrong currently.
Fair hurdler, off the track since September and makes chase bow in this, one to note in the betting.
First run over fences and form over hurdles suggests she has plenty ground to make up with some of these.
Forecasts
Logical Song (10/11), Knockraha Boss (4/1), No Dice (9/2), Third Opinion (12/1), Game Puppeteer (14/1), You Can't Catch Me (20/1), Dangerous Games (20/1), Snugsborough Hall (40/1), Wild And Wonderful (40/1)
Knockraha Boss has been knocking on the door of late and is likely to give another decent showing here while the same is true of Logical Song. Enthusiasm for the latter is tempered by recent figures of 222 however and his latest run came only on Sunday. NO DICE has shaped well enough over fences to suggest a race like this is within his compass. He came down at Down Royal in January on previous run but was still going well. Given a break since, he may be able to open his account. Third Opinion's trainer is in such a vein of form that it will cause no shock should he run a big race off a 22-month absence on his first start for the yard.
- No Dice
- Logical Song
