Verdict

STRIKE IS BACK has finished second twice already this month for the in-form Elliott team, including over a longer trip at Limerick on Sunday. This however appeals as a golden chance to chalk up her first win in what essentially looks a weak contest on paper. It will be disappointing should she fail to get off the mark today. Born To Size took a step forward on his second outing over this sphere and should have place claims while the booking of Townend bodes well for the mare Sheera assuming she's none the worse for a tumble last month in a point-to-point. Jacobs Well showed some ability on the Flat is worth a check in the market now sent over hurdles.
