4/1
Useful three-time hurdles winner who bounced back from a poor run in last year's Coral Cup to score a routine win on his chasing debut over C&D a few weeks later. Unseated back over hurdles on only subsequent run, but looks on a fair mark for his return to fences.

Just one win over hurdles but was always going to make a chaser and jumped boldly to win at Doncaster on his debut. Not quite as fluent when following up at Taunton (2m, good) but there's clearly more in the tank and a 5lb rise may not prevent a hat-trick.

9/4
Useful hurdler last season winning at both Doncaster and Musselburgh. Hasn't looked a chasing natural so far in small-field novice events, but he had enough about him to win at Market Rase last time (2m1f, soft). Still improving, feasibly-treated if jumping holds up.

5/1
Dual hurdles winner whose seven chase starts to date have seen some mixed efforts, with his jumping letting him down at times. Managed to win off a 2lb lower mark at Newbury in January but hasn't kicked on from there with jumping errors again prevalent latest.

Forecasts

Clic Work (6/4), Holly Bush Henry (9/4), Days Of Heaven (4/1), Theatre Flame (5/1), Midtech Valentine (7/1)

Verdict

CLIC WORK has taken really well to fences so far, winning at Doncaster and Taunton with the minimum amount of fuss and there appears to be plenty more in his locker. A 5lb rise shouldn't be too burdensome and it would be no surprise to see him complete a hat-trick, though Holly Brush Henry may not be an easy nut to crack if brushing up his hitherto errant jumping. Days of Heaven should also be competitive back over fences.
