Half-sister to a couple of 7F AW winners, but her trainer is only 1 from 33 with three-years-old's at this track since May 2016.

After an eight race career, is easily the most experienced of these fillies, and was highly tried in valuable sales races at the back-end of her juvenile campaign. Seemed to see out this trip here behind Elusive Olivia last time, having previously finished fourth to Marquee Club in a 6F handicap, and enters calculations in a dire maiden.

Ex Roger Varian trained juvenile who was a shade disappointing here on her final start for that yard in November after posting a fair effort at Newmarket in October (second). Moved on for 11,000 gns in February 2017, and a solid second to the expensive purchase Eyes on Asha over a mile here in early March, with reasonable claims over this 1F shorter trip.

Verdict

A very low-key fillies maiden, but doubtless valuable to one of these sets of connections who will be the proud owners of a winning filly come 18.52pm. Mama Africa probably has the best single piece of form in the book (fourth to Marquee Club), but that effort did come over 6F. Sulafah certainly doesn't meet a horse with the obvious potential of Eyes on Asha tonight, but she was possibly a shade flattered by the way in which that race was run, so a speculative chance is given to the John Quinn trained debutant ARCADIAN ANGEL who has a fair opportunity and is related to a couple of 7F AW winners.
