Won three of his four starts under Rules and he's versatile tactics wise. Soft ground won't be a problem so very much respected upped in trip and still holds entries for two races at the festival next week.
Never competitive in Grade 2 event at Cheltenham last time but this looks much more like it and trainer and jockey have 28.57% record over hurdles at this course. His previous effort, winning against Bags Groove looks like a decent level of form but there are question marks over his effectiveness on soft ground.

Tailed off last time and looks to have plenty to do with his two rivals here on all known form.

Forecasts

Mr Clarkson (10/11), Sneaky Feeling (11/10), Sandhurst Lad (16/1)

Verdict

This looks like a fascinating match-up between Sneaky Feeling and MR CLARKSON with the latter narrowly preferred. He's only been beaten once under Rules and he's proven in soft ground unlike his market rival who was in too deep last time out but looks set to beat Sandhurst Lad for second.
  1. Mr Clarkson
  2. Sneaky Feeling
  3. Sandhurst Lad
