Winner of a moderate maiden hurdle on this card 12 months ago and well beaten in handicap company since. Ground should suit but well beaten on only previous attempt at this trip. Wears cheekpieces for the first time here.
Winner over C&D when last seen out two weeks ago. Arguably unlucky to bump into an improved rival when a beaten favourite over fences here in January and likely to put up a bold show off a mark 6lb higher than for his latest success.
Well behind when falling in first time cheekpieces (absent here) at Southwell in January and beaten 10L by Burgess Dream over C&D the time before. Bit to find with that rival here but yard have a 21% strike rate (3/14) in recent times.
Tends to mix chasing and hurdling these days and finished runner-up to Burgess Dream here over hurdles two months ago. Not at his best when well beaten at Towcester over fences subsequently but return to hurdling should suit and won off this mark in January 2016.
Winner of a point-to-point on debut in January 2015 and ran ok on her penultimate outing at Market Rasen on soft ground in January. Well beaten fifth over 3m since and yard out of form at present (0/27 in recent weeks).
Maiden after 12 outings with her best recent effort coming when third over 3m1f at Plumpton three starts back. Has been well beaten the last twice including at that track in January and has a bit to prove here.
Now had 21 career outings without tasting success and well held at Uttoxeter when last seen in action at the end of December. Ran well enough at Bangor prior to that but likely to struggle again here.
Amateur ridden when well beaten in two starts this season including at Warwick last month. Sole success came on today's likely going and has a top jockey booked to ride here. Races from 3lb out of the handicap here.
Winner of a novice handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter in May 2014 but relatively lightly raced since. Finished a modest third at Wincanton in May but well beaten in three starts since and seems to prefer quicker ground than he's likely to encounter here these days.

BURGESS DREAM has been in good form of late winning twice over this C&D and he can notch a third success of 2017 here. The selection has placed off slightly higher marks in the past and should relish the under foot conditions once more and can get the better of Point N Shoot who returns here having been beaten by the selection when the pair met back in January. Over My Head is an interesting contender with a top jockey booked to ride and can claim third for his small yard.
