All three runs this season have come over fences but has plenty talent for this game and has his chance despite conceding weight in all directions.
Won over C&D last month, beating Joshua Lane, and every reason to believe he'll have a big say again in this contest.
Finished fast to chase home Grand Partner over C&D last month. Gets a 2lb pull for defeat of under two-lengths and should be right there at the death.
Two falls over fences this season won't have helped his confidence, drops in trip and switched to hurdles though looks held on form.
Ran well over this trip at Fairyhouse on New Year's Day and should be better seen now back at the minimum distance, though needs to find some more.
Down Royal winner penultimate start, quickly turned out again at Fairyhouse under penalty and travelled promisingly before finishing third. That may have come too soon and while respected, this two-miles isn't certain to suit (entered at Navan on Saturday).
Won maiden hurdle in May 2015 on debut but very disappointing since and has joined this yard from Henry De Bromhead since poor run at Downpatrick in August.
Has to be given some kind of chance off current rating, entitled to have a say having run well for a long way over C&D in December.
Forecasts
Camlann (9/4), Grand Partner (3/1), Joshua Lane (10/3), Another Rebel (8/1), Jimmy Two Times (10/1), Runyon Rattler (10/1), Eight Till Late (16/1), Go Forty Go (33/1)
Jimmy Two Times is interesting now switched back to hurdles having run credibly over fences this term. He has plenty ability and should run well but conceding weight all round might prove his undoing. GRAND PARTNER took his chance over C&D last time out and despite his 5lb increase he has the scope to follow up. He beat Joshua Lane on that occasion and the runner-up should get involved once more, while he also enjoys a slight pull at the weights to aid his cause. Camlann may find this trip a bit sharp if he turns up but Runyon Rattler could threaten the places having led at the last here over Christmas.
- Grand Partner
- Joshua Lane
- Jimmy Two Times
