Showed a smart level of form when with Saeed Bin Suroor and sold to this yard for £43,000. Won on debut for these connections but failed to back that up last time with experience perhaps getting the better of him (took keen hold). Looks the one to beat if the first-time hood has the desired effect.
Useful on the Flat in Ireland for John Joseph Murphy last season and has carried that ability over to hurdles, performing well on all three starts and scoring with ease last time. Probably prefers softer ground than what he's forecast to get here but he should remain competitive regardless.
Minor improvement last time at Warwick but likely to need plenty more against rivals who have already proven themselves at this level.
Signs of ability in three maiden outings on the Flat and purchased for 27,000 gns by this yard last October. Burst blood vessel's on his hurdling debut at Ffos Las and poor last time on return from an absence so hard to fancy despite trainer and jockey having a good record when teaming up at this course (18.18%).
Has run to a consistent level in three starts over hurdles and entirely possible first-time cheekpieces will eek out further improvement. Probably wouldn't want any rain.
Tailed off in two hurdles starts and showed only glimmers of ability on the Flat. Likely to need more time but trainer is in flying form (19.35% in the last 14 days) so can't be completely ruled out.
Ex-French colt who was fair on the Flat. Second start for new connections after disappointing on debut, falling when already beaten. Will need to leave that well behind to take a hand in this.
Tailed off on debut under Rules in a bumper prior to Christmas and hood reached for now. Will almost certainly want further than this and trainer does marginally better with his chasers.
Decent effort at Plumpton last time on second start for this yard and may have finished closer if it wasn't for a last flight blunder. Should keep on progressing but may need more time to get competitive in a race such as this.
Minor improvement on second start for this yard when fourth of eight at Market Rasen but will need to find improvement. Cost €16,500 as a two-year-old and won two modest races in France over 12f so clearly some ability there.
Two wins from 24 starts on the Flat and even a literal translation of her best form in that sphere wouldn't be good enough to get involved in this.
Forecasts
Most Celebrated (2/1), Quids In (9/4), Dinsdale (6/1), Alcanar (6/1), Hermarna (14/1), Methag (20/1), Attest (33/1), Silver Sea (40/1), Multigifted (50/1), Wisecracker (50/1), Persaverance (66/1)
This race is likely to pan out between the two that carry penalties at the top of the card and it's former Godolphin inmate MOST CELEBRATED who shades the vote. He cost this yard £43,000 and started repaying that debt with a win on debut in this sphere but failed to back it up next time when racing too keen. The application of a hood should help with that but if it fails to have the desired effect, Quids In will take some beating after three smart recent efforts, culminating in an easy victory at Uttoxeter last time out. Hermana has shown more than most in this field and she looks best of the rest.
