Just starting to look exposed around this venue, finding it hard to get his head in front. Ran another fair race a fortnight ago and should be in the mix once more in this company.

Made it 16 runs without a win when third over the mile here a week ago, drops in trip and down 3lb for that, though may settle for minor role again.

First run since leaving Mick Channon, bit to prove on formbook making just second AW appearance.

Recent track form is underwhelming including when last visiting at the end of January. Did win on AW at Newcastle in August off 4lb higher mark.

He isn't the most reliable performer but ran well to be second over C&D early last month. Just 3lb higher and holds claims on that form.

Tends to get outpaced at this sort of trip, didn't fare much better over the mile a fortnight ago and hard to fancy at this point.

All but pulled up over 6f here a month ago, will have a big job on his hands to turn that around though November C&D effort gives some hope.

Still a maiden after 18 starts and only placed once on the AW with a second in a seller at Southwell, out of form at Wolverhampton latest and recent appearances give little cause for optimism.

Well beaten in a mile claimer around here last week, that was first start for current trainer. Attempts 6f for the first time but makes little appeal on form.

Age: 4|  Weight: 8-9| J: C P Hoban| T: Barry J Murphy| OR:  59

Better effort a fortnight ago on third start for this trainer. That was over 5f, the distance at which her four wins have come, but could take a hand in this off dropping mark.

Age: 6|  Weight: 8-8| J: Rory Cleary| T: T Collins| OR:  39

Recent form is not anything to shout about and likely to extend winless career to 17 despite dropping into this grade.

Forecasts

Split The Atom (1/1), Cappadocia (4/1), Burn The Boats (6/1), Master Bond (11/1), Dandysteps (16/1), Sixties Sue (20/1), The Burnham Mare (20/1), Silca Wings (20/1), Sartori (25/1), Paytheprice (25/1), Pillar (33/1)

Verdict

Plenty doubts hovering over a few of these. Split The Atom was once consistent around this place but has started to look laboured of late. He should run his race and is one of the more likely sorts. Burn The Boats had been knocking on the door but now strikes as a type that is unlikely to go through with the deal while Sartori may find things happening too quickly this trip. THE BURNHAM MARE has some decent form in her locker, albeit over 5f, but she showed some appetite last time at this venue and might be ready to run a big race for these connections on fourth start. Sixties Sue is one to monitor on first Irish start while Cappadocia ran well to be second last time and would have a claim if in the same mood. 1. The Burnham Mare 2. Split The Atom 3. Cappadocia
