Struggled in three of these last year and been off the track since June, market would have to speak in her favour.
Yard doesn't have all that many Bumper runners, worth a glance in the betting to gauge expectations but will do well to win.
Decent effort last month in a maiden hurdle at Naas, beaten around ten-lengths. Switches to bumpers again now and should run well.
Went off at 10/1 on debut at Naas in January, which is a rarity for this trainer. Beaten a fair way in that contest and more needed but should improve.
Best effort of the season last time over hurdles at this track, has placed in a bumper last March and one to note in the betting.
Kalanisi mare is well related to some decent hurdlers, makes racecourse debut this afternoon and market should be used to steer expectations.
Efforts in two maiden hurdles back in October/November strongly suggest she'll be doing well to have a say in the finish.

Limited appeal on paper, trainer without a win (five runners) in bumpers of the previous 12 months.

Forecasts

Alighting (9/10), Firions Angel (7/2), Nicat's Benefit (5/1), For Syl (12/1), Nun's Cross (14/1), Dubai Rock (20/1), Wiz Lady (25/1), Allez Kal (33/1), Wheres My Dodi (40/1)

Verdict

ALIGHTING is a half-sister to Don Poli and cost her leading owners a pretty price to acquire. She should have a fair future ahead of her and this afternoon's jockey booking suggest she is expected to go well on debut. This isn't the strongest contest, so she is given the nod to score. Firions Angel ran well enough at Naas over flights recently to suggest she'll be competitive while For Syl and Nicat's Benefit should be capable of better than we've seen to date. Nun's Cross is another potentially interesting newcomer. 1. Alighting 2. Nicat's Benefit 3. Firions Angel
