Yard not known for having bumper winners and this one is one that looks to need both time and a staying trip on breeding, so looks an unlikely winner.
Has shown ability on both starts to date, finishing second at Plumpton and Warwick, on both occasions giving the impression a better test of stamina would suit. Uphill finish here should help and is proven on soft ground. Yard 2-9 in bumpers here over the last five years.
Some useful chasers in the family but this one looked a nightmare ride on debut, bucking and kicking his rider off within 100 yards of the start at Towcester. Cannot possibly be looked at as a winning proposition until settling better.
Bred to stay well and might find this too much of a speed test, although soft/heavy ground would help in that regard. Trainer does get bumpers winners, but is 0-11 here at Fontwell over the past five years.

Bred to be decent. Bought for £45,000 at Doncaster sales last May, and although will want further in time, can't be discounted for a yard that get the odd winner in bumpers here (3-20 last 5 seasons). Watch the market.
Only greenness cost him victory on his debut at Musselburgh, travelling well throughout the race before veering left in the final furlong and getting caught late on. Will want much further in time (related to staying chasers). but one of the more likely ones here.

Forecasts

Puppet Warrior (5/6), Golden Sunrise (3/1), Sliding Doors (5/1), Larry (6/1), Milton (33/1), Carrie On Dubai (50/1)

Verdict

PUPPET WARRIOR is knocking on the door and with this track likely to prove more in his favour than his chief rivals, can score at the third attempt. Sliding Doors was expected to show plenty on his debut and but for inexperience, may well have won. If the ground doesn't get too bad, he can prove the main danger. Larry and Golden Sunrise look the best of the newcomers, with preference for the former. 1. Puppet Warrior 2. Sliding Doors 3. Larry
