Ran on strongly to win last time out. He has made a pleasing switch to the AW surfaces and is going the right way. Remains to be seen how he will adapt to tonight's surface but he will be a big threat to them all if he copes with the turns of Wolverhampton under his 6lb penalty.
Has been tried in blinkers and a hood but both to no avail so far. A drop in the ratings has helped but he was well beaten by Lord Cooper last time out and it is difficult to envisage him turning things around despite being better off at the weights.
Shown very little in his last few starts. His stable are capable of readying one after an absence but that appears an unlikely scenario with this gelding having placed just once in eight starts.
A modest individual who's opportunities are likely to present themselves back in low grade handicaps or sellers/claimers before too long. Readily opposable in this company despite the booking of a promising 5lb claimer.
Got off the mark in a poor handicap over 6f at Southwell last month but things were put in to perspective over C&D last time out. Plenty to find at the weights and is probably best left alone on this occasion.

Forecasts
Lord Cooper (5/4), Bismarck The Flyer (3/1), Jet Setter (9/2), Scotch Myst (9/2), Bourbonisto (9/2), Vaux (9/1), Trick Of The Lyte (12/1)
A weak race, which can go the way of LORD COOPER, who will rarely be presented with a better chance to carry a penalty to victory. Trick Of The Lyte is expected to strip fitter after his reappearance effort, while a case can be laid out for Bourbonisto as the most lively outside option.
1. Lord Cooper
