Showed enough in three starts this term to suggest there's a race like this within his compass, concedes weight all round however.
Been in or around the money all starts over timber to date, giving best to some promising rivals of late. Sets the standard on form.
Pulled up hurdles debut at Naas, goes up in trip here but looks one of the less likely types to come home in front.
Place in two of four runs over hurdles, finished somewhat tired at Clonmel previous outing and attempting three-miles for the first time now.
Very disappointing on hurdles bow at Punchestown in October, jumping rather letting him down. Off since and surprise if there isn't better to come.
Just the one run so far, showing only moderate promise in a Limerick bumper of Christmas, best to give a market check on jumping debut.
Has struggled in three starts over timber to land a blow, seemingly lacking a gear change over two-miles so no great surprise to see him tackle three-miles now.
Eight-years-old now and only run to date was a poor one in a bumper at Ballinrobe last April. Hard to fashion any confidence though trainer does have a decent strike rate with his hurdlers so market support would be interesting.
Most recent run of three over flights was her most encouraging, that came at Bellewstown in August however and, off since, still leaves her with plenty to find.
Step up to three-miles has certainly helped of late but plenty more to find to get competitive in this company.
Modest on the Flat, jumping was far from convincing and pulled up on only previous try over timber. Off since September and makes little appeal for return.
Forecasts
Call The Taxie (5/4), Gettysburg Address (4/1), Mon Lino (5/1), Moroval (5/1), Polymath (12/1), Leader's Choice (16/1), Goose Man (25/1), Benefit Jewel (50/1), Flynnvincible (66/1), Indian Summer (66/1), Vociferously (66/1)
CALL THE TAXIE has been threatening to grab one of these for a while now and might well get the job done this time. He's become a bit expensive to follow but has also found some fair markers in his way. He sets the standard in this and is taken to breakthrough. Gettysburg Address has also been toiling with the notion of winning a race like this but must concede weight all round today. Mon Lino should appreciate this longer trip while Polymath could improve on a poor showing first time out and any money for Benefit Jewel would be noted.
1. Call The Taxie
2. Gettysburg Address
3. Mon Lino
