Useful four-time winning chaser when with Gordon Elliott but has had his problems and hasn't been sighted since pulling up in a point-to-point last March. Questions to answer on return for a new yard.
No great shakes over hurdles but a revelation since switching to fences and arrives here in search of a four-timer following a bloodless success over C&D last month, despite jumping left at times. Obvious claims despite a further 4lb rise.
Promising novice hurdler who fell when running a big race at Aintree on second chase start before duly gaining compensation on heavy ground at Uttoxeter last month. More to come from him and a 5lb rise may not be enough to anchor.
Has returned to form after a quiet spell, scoring in decisive fashion over 2m3f at Exeter (soft) last time. Raised 8lb but still feasibly-treated on the form he showed to rattle off a hat-trick as a novice in 2014/15. Respected.
Won back-to-back handicaps as a novice for Jeremy Scott a year ago but it hasn't quite happened for him for a new yard since. Dropped 5lb after a lacklustre effort at Sandown last month but has it to do against some in-form rivals.
Forecasts
The Fresh Prince (7/4), Bishops Court (2/1), Dance Floor King (4/1), Daveron (9/2), Raajih (40/1)
Bishops Court has proved a revelation over fences and is likely to be all the rage under Barry Geraghty, having completed a hat-trick of wins over C&D last time. His chance is obvious despite a further 4lb rise but there may be more value in siding with lightlier-raced THE FRESH PRINCE who looked firmly on the uprgrade himself when scoring in good style at Uttoxeter latest. A 5lb rise may not be enough to anchor Oliver Sherwood's charge, though Dance Floor King also brings winning form into the contest and shouldn't be underestimated.
1. The Fresh Prince
2. Bishops Court
3. Dance Floor King
