Winner of a couple of minor races on the level for Marcus Tregoning. Followed up an inauspicious hurdling debut with a more encouraging run next time. Faces a stiff task here but worth watching for his future prospects when going handicapping.
Comes from same family as the 1996 Pendil Chase winner Draborgie. Yard do not have a particularly strong record here with their hurdlers but he is worth watching for the future.
Picked up from Karl Burke for 160,000GBP. Built on the promise of his hurdling debut to collect a minor race at Taunton next time. Stable have won two of the last eight runnings of this.
Steady improver on the Flat who stepped up from his hurdling bow to finish a creditable third at Plumpton last time. This requires much more.

Percy Street will be strongly fancied to follow up his Taunton success representing a powerful yard and given his useful level of form on the Flat. A chance is taken though on EARLY DU LEMO who will represent much better value. He ran well for a long way in a Grade Two at Cheltenham behind Defi du Seuil and Rainbow Dreamer, and there is nothing of that calibre here. His stable do well around here and he is taken to upset the favourite. Gregarious looks best of the rest.
