Holding his form well but has been struggling in handicap company since winning a maiden at Warwick. This is not the strongest of handicaps but he still faces a tough task under topweight.
Like a good many of his stablemates, this fellow showed a very good attitude to win here last time out. That was a big improvement from his days as a novice but the handicapper has given him a chance off a mark of just 118. One to watch carefully in the betting.
Seemingly lost his way of late and comes here with a bit to prove. A step up in trip may beckon before too long.
Ran out a ready winner last time out and very likely he will be a popular choice here, given the manner of his Chepstow success. He is only 7lb higher today, so has to merit respect as an improving individual that has a little more scope than a few of the rest.
Has posted a handful of solid performances, and shown enough to suggest he can find a race before too long. The form of his latest start stands up to scrutiny in the context of this race and one for the shortlist at least.
Readily brushed aside in three attempts at this course recently and the form suggests that run will more than likely be extended here.
A useful recruit from the Flat, who may have a higher cruising speed than many of the rest. However, he needs to keep a little in reserve for a final push, so will always be vulnerable to a strong finisher.
Very little signs of encouragement of late and looks too risky a proposition to recommend just now.
Went close in a modest event at Fontwell last time out. This is a fair bit tougher, so she has a good bit to find if she is going to be amongst the leading lights.
Won in good style at Fontwell at the start of the year but was held off a 7lb higher mark at Doncaster last time out. Raised 1lb for that effort, she faces another tough day at the grindstone on this occasion.

There was a lot to like about the manner in which COBOLOBO won at Chepstow last time out. He has scope to brush aside the mandatory rise in the ratings and is given the nod to follow up here. Alf 'n' Dor and Holbrook Park appeal as likely dangers, while King Cool represents a yard that can do little wrong, so has to merit at least a second look in the betting.
