Running well enough in point-to-points either side of New Year to suggest he can take a hand in this but faces some strong rivals and will need to be right at his optimum.
Has made a fine start in this sphere, scoring second win at Thurles last month, this looks a potentially tougher race but on ability, he has every chance of adding to his tally.
Mopped up the three big races at last year's spring festivals in good style, likely heading for repeat bid too but every chance he'll need this reappearance after nine months off.
Sprung a surprise to win one of these at Down Royal last March, unable to repeat since and would be a big shock should he land this.
Was a long way behind Foxrock at Down Royal over Christmas and seems set to be similar tale now.
Formerly top class in this discipline but getting no younger now and was well beaten behind Foxrock at Thurles last month when coming down at the last.
Very lightly raced six-year-old returned from an absence to win a point-to-point in good style last month, should be respected thrown in here by connections.
Last seen winning at Punchestown over three-miles in April, did it with remarkable ease then under Nina Carberry and while has fitness to prove after nine months off, is respected.

Forecasts
Foxrock (2/5), On The Fringe (4/1), Staker Wallace (5/1), Salsify (16/1), Wish Ye Didnt (16/1), Aughnacurraveel (20/1), Need To Know (25/1), Quiet Account (33/1), Pointview Gale (50/1), Harry The Lemmon (100/1)
The market is likely to suggest this is between On The Fringe and FOXROCK but there are some dangers lurking in the pack. The former won at the spring festivals in great style a year ago and can be expected back at Cheltenham next month, with some big targets ahead however it will be no surprise should he need this run. Foxrock on the other hand isn't eligible for Cheltenham and, with race fitness and a fair amount of class on his side, he should carry on his winning run. The remaining Enda Bolger duo of Staker Wallace and Wish Ye Didnt are also interesting, the latter having won in effortless fashion at Punchestown in the spring when last seen.
1. Foxrock
2. Wish Ye Didnt
3. On The Fringe
