Made a maiden point-to-point before landing a similar graded contest over hurdles (by 12L) at Uttoxeter last summer; just caught a little flat-footed on his reappearance at Chepstow last but was entitled to have needed the run. Solid claims with the run under his belt.
Had previously been progressive before posting a slightly puzzling effort at Cheltenham when last seen out. Has been freshened up by a short break, so one to monitor in the betting for signs of support.
Already shown a liking for this course and is certainly going the right way. Interesting that he returns to Exeter instead of taking up any of the other options his connections had mapped out for him this week; a very likely contender at this level.
Two previous starts over hurdles yielded very little return and is difficult to fancy on the evidence available.
Improved effort last time out but needs to continue to improve before he can be forwarded with any significant confidence. He does have time on his side, so may be one to keep tabs on from here.
Very little to enthuse about from his last two starts; fitted with a tongue tie, which may help him settle a little better, but he still looks one to be wary of just for the time being.
Unfancied when he ran in to third place at Carlisle on his penultimate start but failed to build on that performance and was very disappointing in his only subsequent outing. Too much to prove just now.
Won a bumper on his debut but was less than impressive on his hurdles bow at Bangor last time out - may need a step up in trip before too long.
Made a promising start to racing under rules and is likely to pay his way before too long; likes to race prominently but possible he may find it tough to dominate in a field this size.
Has ability and is certainly in good hands as he continues on to learn his trade. However, he has disappointing last time out and now has a little to prove.
Tailed off on his hurdles debut and needs to improve out of all recognition if he is going to trouble the judge this time around. He did win a point-to-point in good style in Ireland but something to prove this time around.
Weakened very tamely at Ffos Las in December and lacks the appeal of a handful of the others on a literal reading of that form. Difficult to see him be the leading player when push comes to shove.
Needs to improve on what he has shown so far and is best left alone from a betting perspective at the moment.
Held in a mares only event last time out and difficult to make a strong case out for her on that performance even though the sex allowance gives her an advantage on a few of the others.
Lacks a turn of foot and was readily brushed aside at Wincanton earlier this month; her form in bumpers is also uninspiring, so not difficult to assume others will have her measure if they all run to form.

A race dense on numbers but lacking any real strength in depth, so a chance is taken that the right race has been chosen for MR CLARKSON, who is entered for several other possible engagements this week. David Pipe’s gelding has already won her twice and will be hard to stop if Fly Camp and Misterton fail to shine for any reason. Minella For Me is one to note in the betting for each-way punters.
