Followed up a quiet Warwick debut with a decisive Doncaster success (2 5f, good) last month. Has won a point-to-point too, so this trip holds no fears and provided he handles the forecast conditions then he should be tough to beat.

Won a point-to-point and a maiden hurdle on respective debuts, the latter readily at a stiff track. Stamina unlikely to be an issue and is proven on soft ground, so should be a leading player.

Yard in tremendous form and has farmed this track over the years, so every chance that this Carlisle novices' hurdle winner (2m 1f, soft) can do better than when runner-up at Chepstow last time. Interesting that connections step him up in trip again, though there is enough in his pedigree to suggest that he will handle that.

Lovely jumping pedigree and won a novices' hurdle at Chepstow on his debut in this sphere, having unseated when initially tried in a chase. Well beaten last time, however, and needs to be at the top of his game to get back to winning ways today.

Well beaten all three starts to date and likely that he will reveal more when sent handicapping.
