Former bumper winner at Fairyhouse has made fair progress in three runs over timber and should get off the mark sooner rather than later.
Pulled up at this track last month, comes into this race with some questions to answer as a result.
Fourth of seven last month at Fairyhouse, goes up in trip and will have to find some improvement to have a say.
Finished third behind runner-up Champagne Classic last time out at Fairyhouse, that form puts him firmly in the firing line again.
Racecourse debut for Golden Lariat gelding with market best guide to expectations.
Limited expectations on evidence of first two starts over hurdles, goes up in trip.
Pulled up on sole hurdles run at Limerick over Christmas, having travelled at the back and found things tough.
Showed some promise in 2m4f maiden hurdle at Fairyhouse in December and will have aspirations of building on that now.
Pulled up on only point-to-point outing, that was ten months ago and market will guide for this return.
Debut over timber was last month at Navan over 2m4f. Rarely threatened and finished in midfield but should be wiser for that outing.
Doesn't appear to be one of his trainer's leading lights. Sent off 100/1 at Fairyhouse recently, jumping slowly and under pressure a long way out before being pulled up.
Didn't run badly over this trip at Limerick in December when remote third of 16, has to produce a bit more but could be capable of doing so.
Finally got point-to-point win last month at the seventh attempt and has since moved to this trainer, has plenty on to get involved in the finish of this.
Shaped better in second bumper start at Limerick in December before fading late on, has to find something on hurdles debut.
Gets a handy 5lb claim and blinkers on first time but likely needs all the help.
Without a win in 20 starts under rules, 15 of those over hurdles and pulled up at Cork over three-miles last month. Not without talent but hardly one to rely on.
Hasn't run for 15 months, beaten out of sight in a Clonmel maiden hurdle over 2m4f when last spotted.
Fell at Fairyhouse in December where overall jumping display wasn't impressive. First reserve here.

Forecasts
Champagne Classic (11/10), Call The Taxie (9/4), Loughaderra Prince (6/1), Wishmoor (7/1), Freeway Space (8/1), Getaway Kid (16/1), Hows Patsy (20/1), Billy Flight (33/1), Robbina (40/1), Kilganer Queen (66/1), Nicat's Benefit (80/1), Monchengladbach (80/1), Mannin Island (100/1), Queens And Aces (100/1), Whoyakodding (100/1), Fr Captain Murphy (100/1), Our Lady Lucy (100/1), Sapphire West (100/1), Johnny Roebuck (100/1)
CHAMPAGNE CLASSIC should get off the mark in this company, he's been making steady progress over timber and can do one better than last month's Fairyhouse second. The third home in that race was Call The Taxie who can go well again but has plenty on to reverse placings. Freeway Space is entitled to get involved on her Limerick run last time out while Wishmoor and Billy Flight are others worthy of consideration for place purposes.
1. Champagne Classic
2. Call The Taxie
3. Freeway Space
