First run for well over a year on the A/W last time should have blown away the cobwebs. Fair Flat handicapper in his time making his hurdles bow today. Any market interest would be worthy of note.
Poor hurdles bow when pulled up at Uttoxeter but massively improved when only just run out of it at big odds at Kempton last month. Similar effort might see him go close for in-form yard.
Shaped with promise in a couple of bumpers to date and makes hurding debut this afternoon. From family of smart Rubi Light so might do better in time and one to keep an eye on.
Better effort last time in fair event at Newbury six weeks ago. Trainer in superb form at present and there could be better to come from this gelding his dam is a full sister to the superb Cheltenham Gold Cup winner, Denman.
No sign of ability in form starts to date and readily overlooked on this occasion.
Good form in bumpers last term including when runner-up in Listed event at Newbury. Hasn't looked in love with hurdles so far though and has plenty to prove after two disappointing efforts of late.
Capable of winning races and put up a fair effort when runner-up over C&D last month. More to do today though and might have to wait to get his head in front once going handicaping.
Solid run latest when second at Hereford. Booking of Champion Jockey takes the eye, and yard continuing in good form. Has place prospects.
Has shown very little of note in ten starts in point-to-points and under rules and is easily discounted in this company.
Kayf Tara mare who showed a little form in bumpers but has looked anything but a natural over hurdles. Hard to see her getting involved this afternoon.

LE DAUPHIN, from the family of the great Denman, began to get his act together when runner-up last time at Newbury and a similar effort over this longer trip might be good enough to land the finale. With his yard in stunning form he is likely to attract plenty of market support. Benegales is a definite danger if reproducing his much improved form from Kempton last month, and Town Parks might get involved with Richard Johnson an eye-catching booking. Others of note in an interesting race include Shanroe in Milan and Beni Light.
1. Le Dauphin
2. Beneagles
3. Shanroe In Milan
