Likeable mare who has twice run well at Wetherby this season, winning there over 3m in November, before finding the Rowland Meyrick a bit too hot, and subsequently going close over 2m 4f from today's mark. Goes on good to soft and soft ground and likely to have a big say again.
Well placed to win four of her six starts since joining current trainer and has looked progressive over fences this time, scoring twice at Wetherby (both 3m, good to soft) and at Kelso last time (heavy). Up a further 7lb for that latest effort but looks one to keep on the right side of.
Won two of her four hurdles and has made a decent start over fences, being placed in all three runs and improved again when runner-up at Newbury (3m 2f, good to soft) last time. Competitive.
Very pleasing chase debut when just over four lengths behind Two Smokin Barrels at Kelso and now has a 6lb pull with that opponent. Entitled to plenty of respect if going as well on the forecast soft ground as she does when it is described as heavy.
Stays well, with last two wins at Kelso over 3m 2f (heavy and good to soft), Now 9lb higher than the lastest of those and while she is not out of this, she was held from a similar mark last time.
Won a heavy ground Kelso novices hurdle last season but had a year or so off before falling when looking cooked behind Two Smokin Barrels back there last month. Bit to prove today.
Forecasts
Treaty Girl (15/8), Two Smokin Barrels (5/2), Actinpieces (5/1), Conquer Gold (11/2), Total Assets (9/1), La Dama De Hierro (25/1)
An interesting race which really revolves around TWO SMOKIN BARRELS. Michael Scudamore's mare has been in great heart this time and although her tasks are becoming increasingly tougher, she keeps responding well. Conquer Gold has strong claims if taking the form book at face value and she is entitled to plenty of respect, while Actinpieces is generally very consistent and could again make the frame.
1. Two Smokin Barrels
2. Conquer Gold
3. Actinpieces
