Second in a similar event at Limerick in December, that was first start over fences and since run well in a point-to-point. Has plenty going for him.
Multiple point-to-point winner and race a solid race on first start under rules to be fourth behind some smart rivals at Down Royal over Christmas. That form gives him a leading chance.
Pulled up in a point-to-point last month, form in that sphere is in and out while he was also pulled up on sole previous trip to the racecourse proper.
Wexford run in November wasn't devoid of promise, that his only run at the track to date and maiden pointer will need more to score in this.
Pulled up at Limerick in December but since gone close in a point-to-point, form under rules still leaves him with questions to answer.
Third at Limerick over Christmas in similar event but that form leaves him with plenty to do in order to get by Captain Bizarro.

Verdict

CLONDAW FRISBY made a pleasing start to this game at Down Royal over Christmas, finishing fourth behind a trio of rivals all with solid form in the bank. There should be more to come from him and he can account for this field to open his account. Captain Bizarro also made a solid start when runner-up at Limerick in December and can go close once more, while Kraken Tale has a bit to find with that rival, he can run into the place money again. 1. Clondaw Frisby 2. Captain Bizarro 3. Kraken Tale
