Looked useful in a pair of starts last year on winter ground but failed to really get going last time out when a beaten favourite. If the return to softer conditions and the small break have worked the trick, she's likely to get involved once again.

Got her act together of late recording two runner-up efforts before getting her head in front at Tramore in a bumper last time. Stayed on gamely that day and looks like a bit of a mud lark so extra distance should suit and softer ground the better.
Unplaced on all five starts to date and this kind of trip didn't look in her favour last time when particularly disappointing. Enough to prove for now.

Tailed off on all three starts and trainer has a poor strike-rate in this sphere, especially at this course (around 3%) so hard to fancy on the face of it.
Never a factor in a point-to-point two starts back but shaped with a modicum of ability last time at this course. Plenty more needed but holds slightly stronger claims than some of these.

Tailed off on recent starts including hurdle debut including last time at Limerick. Plenty to prove for now.
Not much promise in Limerick debut last time in a bumper on first start under rules. Trainer has a poor-strike rate and not had a winner for over a year.
Had a mixed record in a handful of outings in point-to-points. Seems to have carried that trait into racing under rules and isn't too difficult to leave out of the equations considering she fell at the first here last week.

Showed promise in point-to-points but very little to write home about in four starts under rules and has shown plenty of jumping frailties in career to date so not one to be too enthusiastic about.

Best effort came in a Tramore bumper two starts back. Tailed off in two hurdles starts either side though and trainer hasn't had a winner in this sphere for over a year. Others hold stronger claims.

Returned from a lengthy absence last time with a promising run at this course last week. Shaped like she needed the run there, failing to finish her race off and every chance she will come on for that so warrants respect.
Unlucky not to have got her head in front to date finishing runner-up on three occasions. Each-way claims once again and may be able to get her head in front if the first time cheekpieces work the oracle.

Beaten odds-on favourite last time but sure to progress from that and the winner has come out and run respectably in a Grade 2 since so this mare has obvious claims here.

First run since leaving Harry Fry but only modest form in bumpers and will need plenty more here.
15
Horse silk
100/1
Tailed off last of 20 in a bumper last time and unseated rider at the first fence on only hurdles start the time before so others preferred.
16
Horse silk

Unplaced on all four starts to date and made jumping errors when last seen and pulled up. Jockey yet to have a winner under rules.

Verdict

There was plenty of promise in CHAMBORD DU LYS' hurdles debut and the form of that race looks a fair benchmark for the rest to aim at here. Ask Susan has been in good form of late and holds place claims if she continues on her upward curve. Theatre Wine represents strong connections and is likely to bounce back from an odds-on defeat last time out after being freshened up. 1. Chambord Du Lys 2. Ask Susan 3. Theatre Wine
