Won a Listed chase at Market Rasen on good ground in November and was sent off favourite at Wincanton on Boxing Day before crashing out at the third. Perhaps last time's hurdles run was more of a confidence-restorer and entitled to be a leading player here if jumping around, despite her penalty.
Showed a penchant for bottomless ground when scoring at Wincanton over 2m 4f some 14 months ago. Has failed to add any further wins to her CV since, though has run with plenty of credit on several occasions. Now 10lb better off with Desert Queen for a 14.5L defeat here last time out.
Won a chase at Huntingdon in the spring, though two of three subsequent runs have been back over hurdles, landing one.. Doesn't have the ability of several of these and hard to see her winning again today.
Finished well in front of Kassis (Cresswell Breeze a faller) when runner-up in a Listed Mares' novices' chase at Cheltenham in April, proven on soft ground and stays at least as far as this, so plenty going for her and can be excused her lengthy defeat over hurdles in a hot enough race last time.
Very useful mare who gave weight and a beating to her field over 3m at Doncaster last time (good). Seems to go on any ground and now has a 10lb pull with Desert Queen for a five-length defeat to her at Market Rasen in November.
Trainer is not one for tilting at windmills, so likely that this inmate has sufficient ability to make an impact at this level, although the quest for black type may have to wait for other days given some of her opponents today.
Placed well to win four of her last five starts, including novices' chases at Huntingdon (2m 4f, good to soft) and Exeter (2m 1.5f, soft), earning her a BHA mark of 139. Still has a bit to find with La Vaticane at these weights, but every chance that she will be bang there come the business end of the contest.
Five lengths to find with Tagrita on their Huntingdon running but that was her chasing debut and although she did not fire at Warwick last time, a short break might see her show more again today.

Great to see some quality mares in action here and this is a tough race to call, with the nod just going to LA VATICANE. David Pipe's eight-year-old really impressed giving away weight last time, acts on anything underfoot and stays three miles, so she has plenty of options depending on how this race is run. Tagrita will be a tough nut to crack, while The Organist may be able to continue her development and cannot be ruled out. Desert Queen looks to be a classy contender, though giving 10lb to some of these may just prove to be beyond her.
