Just the one pace at the finish on handicap bow at Leopardstown last month, fair starting point however and should do better.

Well held in a Limerick maiden hurdle over two-miles last month but very much one to note now on handicap bow for leading yard.

Some degree of promise in three maiden runs to date, opening handicap mark doesn't look especially tough.

Ran a fair race to be third over this trip in Limerick handicap hurdle 23 days ago and runs off the same mark here.
9

Good effort in two-mile Limerick maiden in early December, form that would give him a chance if adapting to this longer trip.

Good effort on handicap debut at this venue to be second over 2m6f last month, up 3lbs for that effort and drops in trip but leading claims now.
13
Horse silk

Likely got it all to do to win this on evidence of what he's done in six runs over flights.

Fifth of 16 in handicap hurdle bow at Limerick 25 days ago, drops 1lb here and may have more to give.
16
Horse silk

Clear of the rest when second in Limerick handicap over 2m3f in testing ground latest, should be competitive again off 1lb higher.
17
Horse silk
33/1
Struggled over two-miles at Limerick last month, soon beaten. Goes back up in trip here but hard to make a case for her on form.

Forecasts

Slicker City (7/1), Palmabad (8/1), Silver Tara (8/1), Sea Scorpion (8/1), Theo (9/1), Wee Small Hours (9/1), Twotensandalift (12/1), Oscar Buzz (12/1), Edvardo (12/1), Calin Des Ongrais (14/1), Highest Benefit (14/1), Fridaynightlights (16/1), Bective Cave (16/1), Wild Sam (16/1), Doldrum Bay (16/1), Swift (20/1), Cant Wait (20/1), Whats In It For Me (33/1), Drishogue Boy (50/1)

Verdict

Theo, winner at Fairyhouse in November, ought to be competitive after two failed attempts at Musselburgh recently while Fridaynightlights has a chance at this new trip based on his Limerick form. Wee Small Hours also ran well at that venue latest and is just 1lb higher now. SILVER TARA went close on his handicap debut here last month and can score now off just a 3lbs higher mark. Slicker City is unpunished for a good effort at Limerick recently and should go well again while Calin Des Ongrais is the type to better now going handicapping. 1. Silver Tara 2. Theo 3. Slicker City
