Put back-to-back victories together in a promising start to his career but gone backwards since and he's not placed in his last nine starts. Well handicapped if he can bounce back but no obvious signs of that.
Still a maiden after 15 starts but this trainer/jockey combination won a similar race to this at Kempton recently and best run of her career came over C&D so she must be respected in this line up.
Quirky type who hasn't placed in four starts to date. Some promise in his run last time but hard to fancy in this kind of affair and unseated this rider before the start last time out.
Unplaced on last seven starts but no doubt he's well handicapped on old form and he has one of the more talented apprentices on board. Needs to bounce back but has won at this course before.
Losing run goes back to 2015 but ran well over C&D last time to finish third of 14. The second has won again since and that's among the best form on offer.
Unplaced in last 13 starts but minor promise last time out. Needs to pull out more here and jockey is one of the less experienced in the line up.
C&D winner. Good second at Wolverhampton two starts back. Didn't get a clear run on that occasion and he was slowly away from the stalls but behaved better next time when finishing third at the same course. Clearly in form so likely to have a chance in this line up but handicap mark looks on the high side.
Still a maiden but finished second on last two starts, one of which over C&D and looks capable of scoring off this mark. Dangerous if allowed to dominate from the front.
Losing run stretches back to August 2015 and unplaced on last six starts. Needs to bounce back.
Forecasts
Zabdi (11/4), Harry Holland (10/3), Encapsulated (6/1), Arcanista (7/1), Aye Aye Skipper (8/1), Wink Oliver (10/1), Fleeting Glimpse (10/1), City Of Angkor Wat (12/1), Major Muscari (14/1)
If ZABDI can get an early lead he may prove difficult to peg back and he ran well over course and distance last time. City Of Angkor Wat gets the services of bright talent Callum Rodriguez and the gelding's certainly well-handicapped if he can bounce back to form. Arcanista's best form to date came over C&D and this trainer/jockey combination had a winner in an apprentice race at Kempton recenetly; this may have been the target for this filly.
1. Zabdi
2. City Of Angkor Wat
3. Arcanista
