Proved a little disappointing last week in a Class 2 conditions race at Wolverhampton. May well of needed that run but handicap mark does look on the high side for what she's achieved.
Didn't need to improve to win a maiden at this course last week. Capable of building on that and he looks like he'll have the speed for 5f. Contested in Listed Class as a two-year-old and obvious claims if getting back to that level.
Finishing position probably flattered him in recent conditions race at Wolverhampton and the handicapper appears to have taken that literally so may be best avoided for now.
Justified favouritism when winning what looked like a weak Southwell maiden on last outing. Unexposed and probably progressive but 7 lb rise may overestimate his ability.
Close second behind a progressive rival last time at Wolverhampton and likely to put up a bold show once again. He's proved effective around this track before so plenty to like about his chances provided the 5f trip around here isn't too sharp (5f win came at Southwell).

Mark Johnston's pair in here faced each-other last week at Wolverhampton and they will likely prove popular in the betting once again but POET'S SOCIETY gets the vote in this contest. He was unlucky not to win having looked like he'd fought off every challenge just to get caught on the line. Another bold show is expected. Just An Idea has competed in better classes of races than this before and performed creditably, so he's respected back in a handicap after last weeks maiden win. Gracious Tom has won around here and is clearly in good form so he's taken to land prize money of some sort.
1. Poet's Society
