One paced fifth at Lingfield last time and has been dropped 1lb by the handicapper. Has plenty of weight here but so do her main rivals, so should be there or thereabouts this time.
Out of form veteran who usually runs over further and not certain to appreciate this drop back to the minimum trip. Has been cut some slack by handicapper though so not a forlong hope.
Travelled well for most of the race on first start for new connections on Boxing Day but didn't find much when push came to shove. Young enough to improve though and represents top team so looks likely to play a major role.
Runs over hurdles for the first time since May 2015 but went very close over fences at Hexham a couple of starts ago. Another who is far from certain to appreciate the drop back in trip but has possibilities if on a going day.
Despite plummeting rating has failed to finish in six of her last seven starts and looks hopelessly out of form. Would be a veyr big surprise if she proves good enough today.
Forecasts
Whizzzey Rascal (13/8), Bella (2/1), Grange Hall (7/2), Beyondtemptation (8/1), Little Glenshee (16/1)
WHIZZZEY RASCAL could be another on what may prove a successful day for Irish trainer Gordon Elliott. She petered out on her first start for the yard recently, but they'll know more about her now and appear to have found her a good opportunity. Bella is the one most likely to give the selection something to think about despite a disappointing latest effort, while Grange Hall cannot be competely ruled out although she does appear to be better over the larger obstacles.
1. Whizzzey Rascal
2. Bella
3. Grange Hall
