Verdict

SEPTEMBER ISSUE has already shown how effective he is over C&D and he's only two pound higher than his last winning mark here. If he can build on his excellent second at Kempton recently, he should prove hard to beat. There's no doubt Tatlisu is well-handicapped and he bounced back into form last time but there's a doubt over whether he's as effective over the minimum trip.
