Hasn't won since August 2015 and career has been a little interrupted of late so has well-being to prove. Claims on the form that saw him finish second here four starts back.
Hasn't placed on four attempts on the AW and has been badly out of form since winning an apprentice race at Yarmouth in June. Has it all to prove currently.
Useful AW performer on his day. Returned from a significant absence last time and was entitled to need that run (finished tenth of 11). Probably better over a little shorter than today's trip and this may be another confidence booster.
Unplaced on two AW starts and just one turf win on the Flat. That was a narrow victory at Brighton and operating from 4lb higher in the handicap here. Has had issues leaving the stalls in the past so others hold stronger claims all things considered but he does have the services of one of the more promising apprentices.
Placed just once in 13 starts and didn't show enough over C&D last time out to warrant consideration here. Poor draw to contend with.
Placed just once on last nine starts and tailed off last time so has plenty to prove here.
Still a maiden after 18 starts and out of form when last seen but not discounted on some of her placed efforts over the summer and ran well on only other AW start. Must have a chance in this field if the break has freshened her up but has difficult draw to overcome.
Bitterly disappointing favourite last time out but performed well in two placed efforts prior to that. Declared a non-runner yesterday and perhaps trainer thinks this is a weaker race. Has drawn better here too so must have a reasonable chance of getting off the mark at the 11th attempt.
Shapes like this step up in trip will suit and has run well on last four starts, twice at this course. Likely to pop up in a race of this class suit and this may be weaker than the standard Class 6 event. First start for this yard.
Still a maiden after 22 starts and while he has bits of form that entitle him to respect, his rider takes her first ride in public and others hold strong claims.
Ran well last time out from a tough draw but has an unattractive profile of one place from 11 starts. Another tough draw to contend with today but certainly not without a hope on her very best form.
Runs well around here and has been in good form of late without winning. Placed six from ten attempts around here and bound to win a race soon but has the widest draw of all and inexperienced claimer.

Tricky Class 6 apprentice race with plenty out of form sorts. SUND CITY disappointed as a short-priced favourite at Kempton last time out but she may have gone off too hard there and can gain compensation back at a course she has recently won well at. One of the more experienced apprentices takes the ride and if he gets on well with her, she may be able to shed her maiden tag. If Neil Mulholland has found any improvement in Just Fred in the two months he has had him, he could be very well handicapped. Cape Spirit has drawn poorly but holds every chance if overcoming that.
