Well beaten in this last year but indications are she may be in better shape this time. She may prefer more of a test nowadays but respected for a yard who have been plundering good prizes this season.
Earned the right to step up to this class when a most impressive winner of a competitive race at Cheltenham on her reappearance. Looks capable of further improvement and will be tough to beat.
Switches back to hurdles following mixed fortunes over fences. Looks the pick of these at the weights if maintaining her enthusiasm and a bold show from the front is anticipated.
Definitely worth a tilt at this level judged on her Ascot victory. The form may not amount to much but she is clearly improving and represents a yard that do well at this fixture.
Clearly did not enjoy chasing last time and quickly reverts back to hurdles. Requires major improvement on last season's form to trouble the principals.
Strictly on the book BRIERY QUEEN has a few pounds to find in order to land this but her current rate of improvement suggest she can take this in her stride. There were some highly regarded and well handicapped mares behind her at Cheltenham. She won with a lot in hand that day and is taken to account for Lifeboat Mona who won a weak looking race at Ascot last time. Her record stands at five wins from eight starts but she is yet to meet anything of this calibre. Midnight Jazz is another progressive mare who will make her presence felt in an open looking contest.
1. Briery Queen
2. Lifeboat Mona
3. Midnight Jazz
