Only won once as a juvenile but never out of the frame on the AW and won at Kempton over 6f on his second start. Needed a stronger gallop on his last start and this small field may not be ideal.
Just the three runs as a two-year-old and makes his handicap debut here. Appeared to enjoy the artificial surface at Newcastle on his last start and could do better here.
Improved slightly on his three runs in maiden company with a reasonable first effort in handicap company at Lingfield (7f). Not really suited by the 7f trip and will be far better off back at this mile although has a little to find with the other two here.
Forecasts
Morning Suit (5/4), Envisaging (9/5), License To Thrill (11/4)
This could turn out to be tactical and a rather messy race without a proper gallop. ENVISAGING looks open to more improvement now he’s in a handicap for the first time and the lack of a proper gallop could make life harder for Morning Suit. License To Thrill just lacks the class of the other two protagonists here and may well have to settle for third spot.
1. Envisaging
2. Morning Suit
