Free horse racing betting tips: Sunday's betting preview and selections for France, the UK & Ireland

Anita Chambers and Nick Robson run the rule over Sunday's action from at home and abroad and provide a selection for every race.

Enable can cap a memorable season with victory in the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at Chantilly.

While it will win no prizes for originality, John Gosden's filly is quite simply head and shoulders above the rest over 12 furlongs.

If she was arriving in France having beaten up just the same bunch of average fillies, then maybe there would have been grounds for taking her on.

However, she went in against the colts at Ascot in the King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Stakes and beat Ulysses, her main market rival, just as easily as she has the girls.

That day she also showed she was not inconvenienced by very soft ground and as long as Frankie Dettori keeps it simple, Enable will have to run some way below her best to be beaten.

Dettori again showcased his excellent temperament on the big days when winning the Arc two years ago on Golden Horn, taking his bad draw completely out of the equation by racing on his own for the first few furlongs.

With the right man on board, the right man training her and a lack of depth with regards to credible opposition, Enable is hard to oppose.

The one possible stumbling block is Winter, surprisingly declared by Aidan O'Brien, but she has to prove her stamina over the trip for the first time in testing ground and even then her form is some way below that of Enable's King George win against the colts.

Polydream rates as the best bet of the supporting races in the Prix Marcel Boussac.

Trained by Freddy Head for the Wertheimer brothers, who have enjoyed such success together in recent years with Goldikova and Solow.

The unbeaten filly by Oasis Dream was ultra-impressive when winning a Group Three at Deauville and while a few others may have form at a higher level, subsequent events have proved she beat a very smart rival that day.

Back in second was Karl Burke's Laurens, who has come out and won the May Hill at Doncaster looking a very smart prospect in her own right.

O'Brien, as ever, has a high-class crop of fillies but they all seem to be taking it in turns to beat each other and when that happens it is very unusual for them all to be outstanding.

Jean-Claude Rouget's Olmedo is the one to be on in the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere.

He looked special when winning on his debut and though he was a beaten odds-on favourite in a Group Three next time, he was only narrowly beaten.

In another stride he would have won and being in a proper race will have sharpened him up mentally after an easy win first time out.

The Prix de l'Abbaye is usually the preserve of the Brits and it is likely to go to export once more.

With testing ground likely that should sway things in favour of Charlie Hills' Battaash over Marsha, last year's winner.

He boiled over before the Nunthorpe but still finished fourth and if a lid can be kept on him in the preliminaries, he will take some beating having proved at Goodwood testing ground is no barrier.

With Winter skipping the Prix de l'Opera it has an open look to it, but do not be surprised if Rhododendron bounced back for O'Brien.

The best of her generation last season, she went wrong in the Prix de Diane but made a satisfactory comeback in the Matron Stakes over a trip too sharp.

With no Limato in the Prix de la Foret because of the ground, Martyn Meade's Aclaim can notch a first Group One win.

His form is consistently improving and he showed a smart turn of foot to win at Doncaster last time out.

The Revenant already features in the ante-post market for next year's Derby and he gets an earlier sighter of the Epsom track in the totepool Conditions Stakes.

A 33-1 chance for the 12-furlong Classic, there is obviously plenty of water still to go under the bridge before next June's feature, but Hugo Palmer has made no secret of his high expectations for this colt.

He will be having just his second start after posting an impressive effort at the first attempt at Haydock in September, overcoming a slow start to show a fine turn of pace at the business end.

That win came over a mile and he sticks at that trip here, although middle distances will surely show him in the best possible light next term.

Cut in the ground should provide few issues and connections would surely be thrilled if he can handle the unique track at this early stage.

Swiss Storm drops in company as he makes his belated return to action in the Bet toteexacta At betfred.com Handicap.

David Elsworth's charge was billed as a possible Classic contender last year after making all for an impressive success at Newbury on his second start.

Godolphin subsequently purchased a chunk of the Frankel colt, but that decision has yet to pay dividends as he has been limited to just one disappointing outing this year.

He raced far too freely in the Dante at York back in May and it was no surprise he did not get home that day, eventually being beaten 17 lengths in ninth place.

Swiss Storm then suffered a setback and only now has Elsworth got him back to raceable form, but his mark of 89 looks pretty eyecatching given how highly he was regarded at one stage.

Obviously his fitness must be taken on trust, but this could be just the boost Swiss Storm needs.

Kharbetation seemed to be getting back on the right track when third last time out and is worth sticking with in the Bet totequadpot At betfred.com Handicap.

He tried to make all at Pontefract that day and while he was ultimately beaten six lengths, it was a marked improvement on his two previous outings.

London Glory sprang a minor surprise at Hamilton and can follow up in the Robert Purvis Plant Hire Handicap at Musselburgh.

The jumps action ups a notch at Tipperary where Jer's Girl is the pick in the Istabraq Hurdle.

A Grade One winner as a novice, she struggled to make her mark last term but her Flat success on Monday suggests she is back in the groove now and she can kick on from here.

Sorelle Delle Rose can land the Flat feature, the Coolmore Stud Home Of Champions Concorde Stakes, for Dermot Weld.
