Inspections will take place at both Exeter and Fairyhouse ahead of Tuesday's meetings.
The former announced on Monday evening that a 7am inspection will be held with areas of standing water on the track and the ground currently described as heavy, soft (in places) and unraceable.
Due to the ongoing storms in Ireland the meeting at Fairyhouse is subject to an 8am inspection.
By 3pm on Monday eight millimetres of rain had fallen but plenty more was forecast on already heavy ground.
