Paul Nicholls has a fine record with the few horses he inherits from other yards and Hackney Hill is an interesting runner for the yard with Jay Tidball in the plate.
He showed promise on debut for the late Edward O’Grady and hasn’t been placed to advantage since, but is now qualified for handicaps and is capable of better now in the care of Nicholls. His debut effort saw him finish sixth in a red-hot maiden hurdle in which Firefox beat Ballyburn and there was no shame in failing to match such rivals.
He has failed to build on that since, mainly as a result of racing too freely, but that is hardly ever an issue with Ditcheat runners and I can see him improving markedly if ready to go after a lengthy break.
We aren't making him a bet as there's quite a big differential between his Betfair price and bookmaker price this morning, as we'd have him a win-only bet.

Love You Back makes plenty of appeal having made a promising start over hurdles in a race at Warwick that his stable won with smart jumper Salver a couple of years ago.
Trainers tend to be creatures of habit and the fact that Gary and Josh Moore took Love You Back to that particular contest suggests he’s held in high esteem and he shaped in kind in finding only Scarlet Moon (ran well in Listed company last time) too good.
The son of Galiway is sure to improve for that initial experience and can go one better in a race featuring some promising sorts.

This handicap looks tightly knit but I fancy that DAYTIME DREAMING is open to plenty more improvement and that sets him apart from some consistent but exposed rivals.
The son of Malinas wasted little time over hurdles before Tom Ellis switched him to the larger obstacles and he delivered at just the second time of asking when winning by 11 lengths from Mr Grey Sky at Southwell last time, travelling well and leading on the bridle at the final fence.
It’s hard to say what he had in hand there, but he looked like he could have won by a fair bit further in a strongly run race and his talented trainer is sure to keep him on the progressive path.
An 8lb rise for that is perfectly fair given the margin involved and he is preferred to Hardy du Seuil who is reliable as a chaser but seems to have flattened out in terms of improvement in this sphere.
