The full results from the Austrian Darts Open, which took place from April 20-22 in Graz.

There was a first-time European Tour winner in Graz as Jonny Clayton triumphed in an all-Welsh final against Gerwyn Price having earlier defeated home favourite Mensur Suljovic in the last four.
