Floyd Mayweather Snr expects Conor McGregor to be taken out by body shots in Saturday's Las Vegas blockbuster.

At Wednesday's final press conference, the Irishman again boldly predicted he'll stop the previously unbeaten Mayweather inside two rounds but the camp of the five-division world champion laughed off his claims.

Indeed they think a weakness, initially raised by Paulie Malignaggi, will be McGregor's downfall when the talking stops on Saturday night.

"That confidence he has right there - it ain't going nowhere," Mayweather Snr warned.

"You watch how many jabs he gets hit with, how many right hands he gets hit with. We're going to take him out to the body, that's how it's going to end - I know it is."
