Floyd Mayweather v Conor McGregor: When is the weigh-in, what time is it and what TV channel is it on?

Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor will weigh in on Friday August 26 in Las Vegas as both men prepare for the fight that everyone is talking about...

The eagerly-anticipated mega fight between unbeaten boxing legend Floyd Mayweather and UFC superstar Conor McGregor is almost upon us but Friday's weigh-in will no doubt be another extravagant face-off before the main event itself.

Where is the weigh in?

Mayweather and McGregor will hit the scales at the same venue where they will fight - the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

What time is the weigh in?

Mayweather and McGregor are scheduled to be weighed in at 1500 local time which equates to 2300 BST if you're watching in the UK. Those lucky enough to have tickets for the event will be treated to an array of musical performances in the lead up to both fight stars appearing on stage - although details of those acts are yet to be confirmed.

What TV channel is it on?

Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Action will be broadcasting the weigh-in live from 2300 BST and coverage will also include the final interviews with both Mayweather and McGregor.

What we can expect?

The times above to go out of the window! That's if the MayMac World Press Tour is anything to go by, when both fighters left the New York crowd waiting for 90 minutes to arrive on stage for yet more trash talking. The weigh-in represents the last opportunity for fans to see Mayweather and McGregor -
not to mention their respective entourages (who have already been warned about their conduct!) - face-off before the big fight so expect no shortage of showmanship and the all important final staredown.

Who else will be weighing in?

Welsh star Nathan Cleverly will also be hitting the scales ahead of his WBA light-heavyweight title defence against Badou Jack on the undercard. Other fights include Andrew Tabiti v Steve Cunningham, Yordenis Ugas v Thomas Dulorme, Juan Heraldez v Jose Miguel Borrego, Kevin Newman v Antonio Hernandez, Savannah Marshall v Amy Coleman.
