Paolo Lorenzi reaches final of the Ecuador Open


Third seed Paolo Lorenzi has reached the final of the Ecuador Open in Quito without dropping a set. 

The 35-year-old Italian beat second seed Albert Ramos-Vinolas 6-1 6-4 and reaches his third ATP World Tour singles final. 

Lorenzi will face two-time defending champion Victor Estrella Burgos who beat fourth seed Thomaz Bellucci 7-6 (7/4) 7-6 (7/3) in his semi-final. 

Richard Gasquet will face Germany's Alexander Zverev in the final of the Sud de France Open in Montpellier after beating fellow Frenchman Benoit Paire on Saturday.

The 30-year-old has reached the final of the tournament for the fourth time and it took 68 minutes for Gasquet, who won 6-2 6-2.

Zverev booked his place after beating home favourite Jo-Wilfried Tsonga 6-7 (8/6) 6-2 6-4 to reach his fourth career ATP World Tour final.

In the Sofia Open, David Goffin came back from a break down in the third set to knock defending champion Roberto Bautista Agut out of the tournament.

Goffin beat Bautista Agut 5-7 6-4 7-6 (7/3) and will face Grigor Dimitrov as he goes for his third career title.

Third seed Dimitrov overcame the unseeded Nikoloz Basilashvili 6-1 6-3 and is looking for his second ATP title of the year after he beat Kei Nishikori in the Brisbane final.
