Radu Albot has qualified for the main draw at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells after beating Lukas Lacko in the final round of qualifying.
The 29-year-old prevailed 7-6(4) 7-6(2) after almost two hours on court.
Albot, the top seed in qualifying, came back from 3-0 down to force a first-set tie-breaker, before heading to a second tie-breaker after a back-and-forth second set to settle the score.
Meanwhile, Ricardas Berankis, seeded eighth in qualifying, is out after the Lithuanian was beaten 6-3 7-5 by Filip Krajinovic, of Serbia.
Wildcard Marcos Giron progressed with 6-7(3) 7-5 7-6(4) win over Miomir Kecmanovic and Dan Evans booked his spot in the main draw after beating American Noah Rubin.
The 28-year-old Briton, seeded 10th in the qualifiers, progressed 6-1 6-1 over the 23-year-old world number 153.
