Judd Trump beats Martin O'Donnell 4-0 in the European Masters


Judd Trump whitewashed Martin O'Donnell 4-0 to kick-start his European Masters title defence in style in Lommel.

Trump is bidding to land the European crown for the third year in succession, and he wasted no time in chasing that aim, pulling out a top break of 114 en route to victory in just 47 minutes.

Belgium's Luca Brecel saw off Wales' Daniel Wells 4-2 on home soil, hitting back from 2-1 down.

Joe Perry beat Oliver Lines 4-1, Kyren Wilson swept past Thepchaiya Un-Nooh 4-1, with Anthony Hamilton accounting for Zhang Jiankang 4-1.

Fergal O'Brien edged out Marco Fu 4-3, with Stuart Bingham easing past Chris Wakelin 4-1 and Anthony McGill pipping Chris Totten 4-3.
