Scottish Open snooker 2019: Draw, schedule, results, betting odds & TV coverage

Mark Allen: Defending champion in Glasgow
Mark Allen: Defending champion in Glasgow

Full draw, results and schedule for the Scottish Open, which takes place at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow from December 9-15.

Mark Allen is the defending champion for the third event of snooker's Home Nations Series, the Scottish Open.

Allen beat Shaun Murphy 9-7 in last year's final, one year after Neil Robertson edged out Cao Yupeng 9-8, while in 2016 it was Marco Fu who triumphed in a 9-4 thumping of John Higgins.

Defeat for Higgins, and for Anthony McGill in 2012, means it's now 20 years since the last Scottish winner of the tournament as Stephen Hendry triumphed for the third time.

Higgins is a two-time winner, having also lost in the 1998 final to Ronnie O'Sullivan, and the latter arrives here following his bid for an eighth UK Championship in York.

O'Sullivan has been placed in the bottom half of the draw along with Judd Trump and Murphy, the latter seeking his first Home Nations win.
